Return/Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise can be exchanged or returned to the Shoppe for a Credit Certificate or other merchandise within 30 days from date of original purchase.  The cash register receipt (not Debit/Credit receipt) is required for all returns / exchanges!  Merchandise must be in excellent condition – as per how it was purchased.  We check all items that are in boxes at the time of your purchase and for you to inspect prior to taking with you.
  • Occasionally there may be incidents where a refund is warranted.  This will be decided at the discretion of the Shoppe Staff and upon inspection of the merchandise.  Refunds are provided in cash.  (we do not credit back debit or credit cards).
